1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and uhynx7 ("uhynx7," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the uhynx7 website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the uhynx7 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the uhynx7 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the uhynx7 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by uhynx7 through identity verification procedures.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of uhynx7, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the uhynx7 Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

uhynx7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the uhynx7 Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold one (1) account only on the uhynx7 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. uhynx7 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances held within them may be forfeited.

uhynx7 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification as part of the account registration process and at subsequent intervals as required. You may be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is complete.

You must notify uhynx7 promptly if any of your registered account details change. uhynx7 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uhynx7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions and gaming activity conducted through your uhynx7 account using your correct credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you. uhynx7 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact uhynx7 support immediately via live chat. uhynx7 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of that investigation.

uhynx7 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from uhynx7 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the uhynx7 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). uhynx7 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your uhynx7 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. uhynx7 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. uhynx7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are detailed on the Platform's banking page.

Anti-Money Laundering: uhynx7 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. uhynx7 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

Funds deposited into your uhynx7 account are held for gaming purposes only. uhynx7 does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as detailed in the Platform's fee schedule.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

uhynx7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all uhynx7 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. uhynx7 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• uhynx7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the uhynx7 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within each game interface.

The rules applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before participating. uhynx7 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player. uhynx7's decision in respect of any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.

If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, you must raise a dispute with uhynx7 support within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. uhynx7 will review all relevant game logs and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uhynx7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your uhynx7 account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing uhynx7 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

uhynx7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to access your account, and uhynx7 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account.

10. Suspension and Termination

uhynx7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
• The player's account is connected to money laundering or other financial crime.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to uhynx7 or other players.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, uhynx7 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is established, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.

You may close your uhynx7 account at any time by cont acting our support team via live chat. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. uhynx7 will process your withdrawal request in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed promptly upon request.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uhynx7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond uhynx7's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Any loss or damage arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit uhynx7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. uhynx7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the uhynx7 Platform — including but not limited to the uhynx7 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of uhynx7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from uhynx7.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the uhynx7 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of uhynx7's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

13. Privacy

uhynx7 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at uhynx7.com/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

uhynx7 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with uhynx7 through our internal dispute resolution process. If you are not satisfied with uhynx7's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

15. Amendments to These Terms

uhynx7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, uhynx7 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the uhynx7 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
